The Beginning

Currently finalizing the construction budget.  Last item in process is the development of the Material Take Off list or MTO.  This is a concise list of all the lumber and materials needed to build the house.
Here is  the original sketch of the house we liked.

Here are a few pictures of the property.  Please note the large post oak tree, probably a couple of hundred years old.

Currently there are a few heads of cattle roaming the 16 acres.
